Crescita, meaning growth in Italian, is located at 2500 NE 8th Street in Bend’s Orchard District. It is Kôr’s second homeownership community developed in partnership with Housing Works of Central Oregon. The five cottage homes are centered around a common outdoor space and will be 936 square feet, 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath with a small flex space.
These attainable, goal zero-energy homes will be ready for purchase in 2022 and our application will open mid-2021. The homes at Crescita will be sold to mixed income qualified buyers:
- One will be sold to a middle income household (80-125% AMI)
- Up to three will be sold to low-income households (50-80% AMI)
- At least one will be sold to a very low-income household (40-50% AMI)
- Exceptions will be made to the lower threshold for households who have a Section 8 Housing Voucher that can be used for homeownership
