For over a decade, Jackie has scaled grassroots non-profit organizations by diversifying their revenue sources for sustained organizational performance. She began her career on a three-person affordable housing non-profit that grew into a nationally-recognized, regional community development corporation in Massachusetts. Since, she has grown her affordable housing experience at the Portland Housing Bureau and for the last four years as Deputy Director at Proud Ground – the largest Community Land Trust in the Pacific Northwest. In these roles, Jackie has engaged with culturally and economically diverse communities to develop community-led strategic, communications, and fundraising plans that are centered in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. An avid hiker and camper, Jackie is looking forward to getting her family out on Bend’s trails when she relocates later this summer.

Amy worked in the construction for 14-years before receiving a degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Oregon State University in 2015. She moved to Bend in 1996 and has seen first hand the change in our housing needs. She has a passion for equity in housing, sustainable building and design, as well as energy efficiency, and is excited to bring that to her work with Kôr. Amy is the treasurer of Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition and a volunteer court appointed special advocate with CASA of Central Oregon.
Amy believes that sustainability and attainable housing should go hand-in-hand. She is most happy either working or being outdoors. When not working for Kôr, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, biking, yoga, travel, good wine and food, and friends to share these with.
